The project
A new home in Skennars Head, a short drive from the coast between Lennox Head and Ballina, built by Oceanic Properties.
The living, dining and kitchen open straight onto a covered alfresco, the lawn and a pool edged with banana palms and timber decking. Inside are timber floors, a curved white fireplace, concrete benchtops with open timber shelving, carved timber doors and arched openings.

Every project starts with a site meeting. David walks the block with you and talks through what’s possible before anything is drawn.
