Seven steps, one point of contact

On a lot of projects the designer, the approvals and the builder are three separate businesses. We handle all of it in-house, so you deal with the same person from the first site meeting to handover.

  1. Enquiry

Call, email or send the form. Tell us about the block and what you have in mind.

  2. Site meeting

David meets you on site to assess the block, the access and what you want to build.

  3. Concept plan

A first plan showing the layout and how the build sits on your site.

  4. Design

The full design, developed with you until the drawings are ready for council.

  5. Council DA

We prepare and lodge the development application and deal with council through to approval.

  6. Build

Our team builds it, with David overseeing the job from start to finish.

  7. Handover

A final walk-through together, then the keys are yours.

David GeitzDirector, Oceanic Properties

“As a young carpenter I saw a real need for good design and a quality build. That’s where I positioned myself, and it’s what I’ve worked at for 30 years.”

Tell us what you want to build.

Every project starts with a site meeting. David walks the block with you and talks through what’s possible before anything is drawn.
